Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try for free?

Yes. The first 2 lessons of each course are free, without an account. You can also try the demo: you discover the platform and Tashantoo answers your first questions.

How do I open my account?

Choose a credit pack on the Pricing page: online, or from our team, a partner school or an ambassador who gives you an access code. Then enter the student's details and class, and create your password: your credits are on your account.

What can I do with my credits?

Unlock the video courses of your class, ask your questions to Tashantoo, send your exercises and your exams in a photo to have them corrected step by step, and open the corrected exams of the library. A question costs 1 credit, an exercise 1 credit and an exam 3 credits.

I am in technical school, at university or preparing a competitive exam. Is it for me?

Yes. Video courses are for general secondary education. In every other class (technical education, university, BTS, HND, competitive exams), your credits are used for Tashantoo: your questions, your exercises and your exams corrected step by step, and the corrected exams of the library when it has some for your class.

Do I have to unlock every subject?

No. You unlock only the courses you need, one by one. The first 2 lessons of every course stay free.

How long does an unlocked course stay open?

12 months from the day you unlock it.

Do my credits expire?

The credits of a pack stay valid for the time shown on the pack. Your account itself never closes.

What happens when my credits run out?

Your account and your unlocked courses stay open. Recharge your credits with a new pack when you need them.

What if Tashantoo cannot answer?

The credits of a request that cannot be answered are given back to you. Every correction is checked and, when needed, a teacher steps in; in the subjects without a teacher yet, it shows the mention "Not checked by a teacher". If you find a mistake, report it: when it is confirmed, your credits are given back.

I have an access code. What do I do?

No account yet: open it with your code. You already have an account: type the code on your Credits page, and its credits are added to your account.

Where can I buy a pack?

On the Pricing page when online payment is offered, or from our team on WhatsApp: we tell you the nearest sales point, partner school or ambassador, and the ways to pay. You receive an access code to open your account.

Can I use MySmartAcademy on a phone?

Yes. The platform works on smartphones, tablets and computers.

How do I contact you?

On WhatsApp or from the contact page: our team answers you quickly.
